We have two full days of seminars bringing you up-to-date on what’s happening in Idaho’s wine industry. You’ll hear from some of the industry’s most prominent professionals including: Elizabeth Slater on Tasting Room Training, Andrew Greenley, Diversify to Survive, Timothy Donahue on Oxygen Management in Winemaking, Kade Casciato on Ripening Bordeaux Varietals and Irrigation Systems and many more!

Industry Reception will be held Tuesday, February 25th starting at 5 PM – 6:30 PM. Please bring a bottle of wine to share with the industry and stay for the conversations! There will be light appetizers available.
Room Reservations: To book your room at the Riverside Hotel, please call 208-343-1871 and ask for the Idaho Wine Commission group rate. Reservations need to be made no later than February 3rd, 2020 by calling to reserve.

Destination:Beer, Idaho Brewers United’s most elevated beer event, gives craft beer lovers the opportunity to enjoy Idaho’s best winter beers alongside thoughtfully selected appetizers. The event takes place downtown McCall near Payette Lake under heated tents with a festive atmosphere.

This non-profit festival, produce by and benefitting Idaho Brewers United, Idaho’s craft brewers guild, will feature unlimited samples from more than 20 Idaho brewers, Idaho-centric appetizers, and a commemorative tasting glass.

Spoon Carving Workshop at Coiled @ Coiled Downtown Location
Feb 29 all-day

Join artisan couple Hy and Dani Boltz for an afternoon of spoon carving at Coiled Wines! This workshop is designed for the complete beginner carver however will be enjoyed by all experience levels.

Hy and Dani will lead students in hand carving their very own wooden spoon from blank to finish. The workshop begins with a mini heartfelt discussion on “presence” + students will be given a quick history lesson on the ancient art of spoon carving along with basic wood cutting and safety techniques required to complete the class.

These workshops are thoughtfully put together to create a relaxing, playful, fun, unique and cozy experience for everyone attending. You will find simple, sweet, homemade touches scattered throughout the entire class and will leave feeling creatively inspired with your very own spoon in hand.

Students will be shown:

* How to dig out the bowl of the spoon

* How to whittle the handle and top of the spoon safely

* How to sand and finish the spoon

please wear toe safe shoes + arrive ten minutes prior to class to get set up!

Yoga at Coiled @ Coiled Garden City

All levels and abilities are encouraged to join this 60 minute yoga flow. Your admission includes a glass of wine to enjoy at your own leisure or save your glass of wine for a future visit!

Please bring a yoga mat and wear light, loose clothing. You will also need an ID if you choose to consume alcohol at Coiled.

Womeness has created this event so you can put your stress aside and move with intention during this practice. Class is capped at 30 participants so be sure to reserve your spot before spaces fill up.
