Join us for a special evening hosted by Hailey Minder of 3100 Cellars – Idaho’s only sparkling wine house and the first in the state to focus exclusively on bubbles – alongside our Wine Director, Devin Zendel.
Learn the foundations of sparkling wine. Afterwards, Hailey will guide you through a lineup of her 100% Idaho Sparklers, while Devin will contrast with Classic Sparklers of the World.
Executive Chef Manny Martinez has crafted a selection of artisanal bites to accompany and enhance the wines.
