74-204(6)(b) Idaho Code “Special Meeting” is a convening of the governing body of a public
agency pursuant to a special call for the conduct of business as specified in the call.
74-204(2) Idaho Code Special Meetings. No special meeting shall be held without at least
twenty-four (24) hour meeting and agenda notice, unless an emergency exists.
On February 2, 2024, the Idaho Wine Commission Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting
pursuant to 74-204(6)(b) Idaho Code.
