An Evening of Exceptional Idaho Cuisine and Award-Winning Wine
Join us for an unforgettable evening the redefines Farm to Table. Experience an exquisite six-course menu showcasing the finest proteins, fruits, and vegetables grown in Idaho. Each course is inspired by the region’s distinctive terroir and artfully paired with an award winning Huston Vineyards wine as awarded at the Idaho Wine Competition. These Gold, Double Gold, and Best in Show winners offer guests a rare opportunity to experience some of Idaho’s most celebrated wines throughout the evening.
Dinner will be served at an elegant, candlelit farm table set within the Estate Vineyard and adorned with fresh local flowers. As each course is presented and each wine is poured, guests will enjoy the intimate acoustic guitar music of Steve Fultz while the sun sets across the vineyard and fades into the western sky.
It is an evening designed to be savored—course by course, glass by glass, and moment by moment. Only 50 seats available.
