Huston Vineyards – Basquing in the Sunset

The tradition of our Basquing in the Sunset Paella Dinner continues. Join us on the lawn at Huston Vineyards for a four-course Paella dinner honoring the deep history and lasting influence of the Basque community here in Idaho. Set against the backdrop of the vineyard with the sun setting behind the sheepherder wagon, this dinner brings together food, wine, music, and heritage. Chefs and Basque Market owners, Tony and Tara Eiguren have prepared a traditional Basque-inspired menu featuring appetizers, salad, fresh bread, and a hearty paella, followed by a decadent flourless chocolate cake. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with Huston wines.
Enjoy live music by Emily Tipton, vineyard views, and an evening that celebrates the people, flavors, and traditions of the Basque community in Idaho.
Tickets are $125 for club members and $130 for general admission.
