Jovinea – pronounced joe-vinh-Ā-uh (with a long “a,” not a long “e”) – of Jovinea Cellars, is a combination of two words. The first is “jovial,” meaning cheerful and friendly. The second is “Vinea,” which is Latin for “Vine.”
