3100 Cellars is hosting a Valentine’s Day Sparkling Rosé tasting Thursday, February 12th – Sunday, February 15th. They willl be pouring a curated rosé flight featuring four of our favorite rose bubbles: Initial Descent (Sparkling Malbec Rosé), Alluvial (Sparkling Mourvèdre Rosé), Runoff Rosé (Sparkling Syrah Rosé), and a sneak peak of one of their unfinished rosés paired with Valentine’s inspired pairing treats.
