Join Telaya Wine Co. for an unforgettable collaboration at Susina European American Comfort Kitchen! You may know Alex Cardoza and Tara Morgan from their catering company, Wild Plum.

Their focus has transitioned to Susina, a restaurant that highlights a prix-fixe menu and emphasizes their love for simple, thoughtful food. They use house-cured meats, local farm-fresh produce, and homemade pasta emphasizing local Idaho ingredients.
For this offsite dinner Susina will be highlighting a Spanish themed menu paired with some of our favorite Telaya wines!
The evening will feature a four-course menu, each paired with exceptional Telaya wines, some of which will be from the library and are not available in Telaya’s tasting room.

- Ticket Price: $110 per person + an Eventbrite fee and tax(includes the 4-course dinner with wine pairings and gratuity for the Susina team).

To Start: Jamón Ibérico Croquetas paired with NV Blanc de Noir Sparkling
First: Gambas al Ajillo paired with 2023 Verdejo
Second: Grilled Octopus with Papas Bravas paired with 2023 Albarino
Third: Braised Local Lamb Arroz Meloso paired with 2020 GSM
Fourth: Bistec with Confit Potatoes + Onions and Salsa Verde paired with 2022 Mourvedre
Final: Petite Basque, House Wild Foraged Quince Membrillo, Acme Crostini paired with 2023 Rose
