Gypse Haus Meads

Specializing in making malomel sack meads made with raw and unfiltered Idaho honey and organically grown wild and domestic fruits harvested by hand in Idaho. All are small batch, averaging 100 bottles per flavor in a 10 to 12 flavor run with two runs being produced per year. Everything is done single-handedly from designing labels and sourcing materials, to picking fruit when it is ready, and finally all of the fermenting, bottling and labeling by hand. It truly is a one woman owned and operated business.
