Operated out of our 3 acre family farm, Cedar Draw Cider is a unique nano-cidery offering a wide variety of ciders ranging from bone-dry to semi-sweet, all perfectly balanced. We source local ingredients as often as possible: Sour Empress is made with Italian plums from our farm,
War Worthy uses Idaho-grown quinces, and Le Fleur contains local lavender from two amazing lavender farms near us, in addition to other seasonal varieties. We have a small orchard that contains only cider apple varieties which has already produced enough fruit to create a few of our specialty ciders.
Cedar Draw Cider is owned and operated by a husband and wife team who got started when Emily, an oncology nurse for nearly 20 years, needed a creative outlet and stumbled upon the joys of cider making. Her husband, John, supported her passion and runs the tasting room, sales, and deliveries throughout southern Idaho. Our tasting room is currently open two days a week and offers charming indoor and outdoor seating with 7 ciders on tap, 2 house made sodas, and 1 rotating local beer.
