This '2015 Idaho Winery of the Year', produces ultra-premium wines from the Lewis-Clark Valley and greater Northwest. Winemaker, Coco Umiker, earned a doctorate while studying Enology and Viticulture at WSU. Viticulturist, Karl Umiker, earned a master's from UI while studying Soil Science. Their wines are a reflection of research, consulting and winemaking experiences across the United States and Chile.
