Chef Dan Ansotegui and daughter and business partner Ellie Ansotegui of Ansot’s Restaurant have prepared a menu of traditional Basque favorites including Croquettes\, Salad topped with Grandma Epi’s Dressing\, fresh Sheepherder bread and Paella three ways. Finish the meal by a chocolate dessert prepared by the Sweet Spot. Each course is paired with the perfect Huston wine pairing.
