DESCRIPTION:Home / Events\n\n\nBuckhorn Vineyards – Eagle Saturday Market\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWorld Malbec Day celebrates one of the greatest varietals grown in Idaho.  Similar to Argentina\, Idaho grows Malbec in high elevation vineyards and the dry summer climate brings forth both fruit and acidity that Malbec is known for. Chef Nate Linskoog of the Tower Grill will prepare a four-course traditional Argentinian dinner over flame (a la llama o al asador) with each course paired with a Huston Vineyards wine.  Be the first to experience the 2022 vintage of Malbec along-side our 2021.  Each growing season brings unique nuances of this varietal.  Enjoy beautiful acoustical guitar music by Steve Fults on a delightful Spring evening of great wine\, great food\, great friends…the best of times!
