With the help of Boise Bite – we’re turning the winery into a restaurant for the evening!
Join us for a special night of delicious food from Boise Bite, made to pair with Telaya wines. There will be one seating which starts at 7pm. Enjoy 5 courses – each specifically made to pair with one of our wines. Tickets are limited to accommodate social distancing. There can be no more than 6 people per table. Due to COVID, substitutions for this dinner are limited. Please contact us with any dietary restrictions. -Tickets are $85 each + an Eventbrite fee and tax. -Doors open at 6:45pm, and dinner will be begin shortly after 7pm. -Please include any dietary restrictions in the designated area during checkout, as Boise Bite will do their best to accommodate with advance notice. -This will be a fully seated dinner as we cannot allow any mingling. If you would like to sit with friends, there will be an area to let us know during the checkout process. We cannot allow more than 6 guests per table. -Face masks are required when entering/exiting the building, and when using restrooms. MENU 2019 Anam: Goat Cheese and Apple Tart with rosemary and preserved Meyer lemon 2018 Sangiovese: Pork Schnitzel with black truffle cream sauce and a charred leak spätzle 2018 Cabernet Franc: “cacio e pepe” Black pepper gnocchi, pecorino romano, tarragon focaccia crumble 2015 Cabernet Franc: Lamb Chops, farro white bean artichoke fritter, rosemary honey, madeira demi-glace 2018 Tempranillo: Dark Chocolate “S’more” with local cherry & balsamic reduction
