The word Buti is a Sanskrit word meaning “A cure that has been hidden or kept secret”. Buti is not about your booty, but we will tone, lift and generally elevate all aspects of the physical and energetic bodies. Buti is a unique yoga practice, known for it’s cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement and conditioning. Please bring a mat.
