Farm to Fork Bridge Dinner
Enjoy a true Farm to Fork Experience provided by renowned local Chef, Steve Topple from Ragazza Di Bufalo and wine pairings from local wineries along the Sunnyslope Wine Trail in Caldwell, with décor and ambiance provided by Ruby Bloom.
Date & Time: Friday, September 10th Wine Tasting Social Hour 5:30-6:30 PM Dinner 6:30-9:30 PM Location: Pedestrian bridge over Indian Creek in Downtown Caldwell. Corner of Arthur St. & 7th Avenue. Dinner Ticket: $125 per person Dinner ticket Includes pre-dinner wine tasting hour and a five-course meal served by Chef Topple of Ragazza Di Bufalo in downtown Caldwell. The meal celebrates locally sourced ingredients grown or produced in SW Idaho. Each course features a wine pairing from a local winery from the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. This is an intimate experience with the chef and the winemakers telling the story of sourcing, pairing and love put into each wine and meal element. Tickets are limited. Please note RVSP and Pre-Payment is required. There will be no refunds, cancellations or exchanges permitted. THE CHEF Meet Chef Topple from Ragazza Di Bufalo in Downtown Caldwell and Ragazza di Lago in McCall, Idaho. Executive Chef Steven Topple hales from Portsmouth, United Kingdom, a naval and fishing port on the South Coast of England. For over two decades Chef Topple has been perfecting his craft in Culinary Arts by working in a variety of top-tier resort kitchens. His work in cities such as San Francisco; Sea Island, Georgia; Lake Placid, New York; McCall, Idaho; Vail Colorado; Loch Lomond, Scotland and numerous restaurants in London, England has prepared him well to open his own restaurants.
