Do you want to learn more about growing grapes and hops and production of beer and wine? The College of Western Idaho is offering a new, three college credit online course titled Grapes and Hops – Specialty Crops.
This class will provide an introduction to the history and culture of beer and wine, the science of fermentation and the environmental impacts associated with beer and wine production.
Classes start January 13, 2020
