One of Idaho's first producers sends out a classic complex Cab that can stand alonside some of the best in the Northwest. It open with some coffee, mocha, cassis, moist earth and a sliver of pine box. Black cherries dominate the flavors of clean, biight fruit with racy acidity and a slice of black licorice on the finish. Enjoy with an Italian dish based around red sauce.
